On the occasion of Green Day (21st August 2025), the Philosophy Association and History History Forum jointly organized a National Level Awareness Talk on the topic: “Impact of Mhadei Diversion on Goa and Karnataka”. The speaker for the session was Capt. Nitin Dhond, a former Naval officer and environmentalist, who delivered an engaging and eye-opening talk on the ecological, geographical, and socio-political consequences of the Mhadei river diversion.
