• Self-attested copy of the Online Application Form
• Original Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Standard XIIth)
• Self-attested copy of mark sheet (Standard XIIth) and original for verification
• Self-attested copy of Caste certificate – (For reserved category applicants only as per the State Government directives)
• Duly filled Students Personal Data Form(Click here to download)
• Duly filled Parent Teachers Association of membership of Dhempe College of Arts & Science form(Click here to download)
• Duly filled Undertaking by the Student/and parent towards Anti-Ragging form
• Self-attested copy of Photo identity proof issued by any Govt. authority
• First year subject consent form of subject combinations chosen (Click here)

For students coming from open school and other than Goa Board

1. Migration Certificate (original)
2. Goa University Statement of Provisional Eligibility Certificate (original)

The shortlisted applicants have to mandatorily submit the above mentioned documents and pay the prescribed admission fees (ARTS) / (SCIENCE) to confirm their seat on the day of counseling; failing which their seats will be allotted to the applicant from the waitlist.
