- Self-attested copy of the Online Application Form
- Original Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Standard XIIth)
- Self-attested copy of mark sheet (Standard XIIth) and original for verification
- Self-attested copy of Caste certificate – (For reserved category applicants only as per the State Government directives)
- Duly filled Students Personal Data Form(Click here to download)
- Duly filled Parent Teachers Association of membership of Dhempe College of Arts & Science form(Click here to download)
- Duly filled Undertaking by the Student/and parent towards Anti-Ragging form
- Self-attested copy of Photo identity proof issued by any Govt. authority
- First year subject consent form of subject combinations chosen (Click here)
For students coming from open school and other than Goa Board
- Migration Certificate (original)
- Goa University Statement of Provisional Eligibility Certificate (original)
The shortlisted applicants have to mandatorily submit the above mentioned documents and pay the prescribed admission fees (ARTS) / (SCIENCE) to confirm their seat on the day of counseling; failing which their seats will be allotted to the applicant from the waitlist.
