Hands-on Training on “Probiotics and Preservation: Science of Lacto-fermented vegetables” was successfully conducted on 27th September 2025 in the Department of Botany organized under DBT star college scheme.Resourse person was Mrs. Arina Frank, Assistant Professor from Dept. of Microbiology, St.Xavier College.
Total 24 enthusiastic participants gained practical skills in the fermentation techniques.The objective of the training was to enhance technical skills and promote evidence based approach to food preservation.
