The Students’ Council of DCT’s Dhempe College of Arts and Science organized a grand Funweek 2024, a 4-day celebration from December 11-14, 2024. Each day had a unique theme, including “Global Gala”, “Ethic Euphoria”, “Fandom Day”, and “Red Carpet Soiree”. The events were a huge success, with students participating enthusiastically in activities like quizzes, fashion shows, treasure hunts, singing, dancing, and more.

The final day’s highlight was the “Mr. and Miss Dhempe” event, judged by renowned personalities Sumaiya Shaik and Níeem Syed. The students showcased their talents, and the winners were crowned with student-created crowns. The Biotechnology department emerged as the overall winner, with TYBSc students as runners-up. The Students Council received appreciation for their hard work and dedication in making Funweek 2024 a memorable experience.
