Geology students of Dhempe College visited the BLOCK V Advalpale–Thivim Mineral Block of Fomento Resources Pvt. Ltd. A team of 31 students observed open-cast mining, ore bands of magnetite, haematite and limonite, dewatering challenges, and exploration drilling with diamond and TC bits.
