As part of the prefest activities of SCIFFI 2025, an Interaction session with the students was organised on the life and contribution of Dr. M S Swaminathan, Father of India’s Green Revolution. Dr. Swaminathan has been credited with increasing wheat and rice production in 1960s and 1970s. His life, work, struggle and achievement made him to be honoured with Bharat Ratna.

The session was conducted by Prof S.J.Godse, retired Professor in Zoology and ex President of Vidnyan Parishad Goa on 11th January 2025 in Swami Vivekanand Hall.
