The Department of Political Science, in collaboration with Goa Livelihoods Forum (GLF), successfully conducted a Capacity Building Workshop on Saturday, 27th September at the AV Room.
Led by Ms. Nikita Gupta (Project Manager, GLF; Founder, VOI’s Up; Provisional Zone Trainer, JCI India), the workshop focused on self-analysis, critical and independent thinking, planning & prioritizing, and professional ethics. The interactive session engaged students in self-reflection exercises, group discussions, and practical tips to build confidence, leadership, and ethical professionalism.
The workshop received enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from students who felt inspired to apply these skills in academics and beyond.
