As part of the NCD Health Screening Camp, DCT’s Dhempe College (Autonomous), in collaboration with the Urban Health Centre, Panaji, organized two health awareness sessions for students on 8th July 2026.
The first session, “Wellness Session,” was conducted by Ms. Siya Sawant, Yoga Instructor, who highlighted the importance of physical and mental well-being, stress management, and healthy lifestyle practices. The second session, “Awareness on Adolescent Reproductive Health and Fertility,” was delivered by Ms. Arpita Kurgaonkar, Health Educator, who educated students on reproductive health, menstrual hygiene, fertility awareness, and responsible health choices.
